Delete Account

Delete your Pulse Chat account.

Pulse Chat provides an in-app account deletion flow. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens after that request is submitted.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open Pulse Chat and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to your profile or settings area.
  3. Select the account deletion option.
  4. Confirm the deletion request when prompted.

What may be deleted

  • Your account profile and authentication-linked user record.
  • Associated user data that is designated for deletion by the service workflow.
  • Access to chats, plans, and other account-linked features after deletion is completed.

What may be retained

Some limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, or technical recordkeeping. Temporary delays may also occur while deletion is processed.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot access your account and still want to request deletion, contact support and include enough information to help identify the account.
