These Terms of Use govern access to the Pulse Chat app, related websites, and connected services. By using Pulse Chat, users agree to these terms.

1. Use of the service

Pulse Chat provides messaging, calling, planning, coordination, discovery, and related communication features. Users must use the service lawfully and in a way that does not abuse, disrupt, or harm others.

7. Termination

Users may stop using Pulse Chat at any time. Pulse Chat may limit or terminate access for violations of these terms, service misuse, or security and legal reasons.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pulse Chat is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, suitability for a particular purpose, or error-free availability.
